Born in Italy, she joined Slow Food in 2013 after gaining work experience in West Africa. Holding a degree in Political Science – International Development Cooperation, Eleonora initially channeled her expertise into developing the Slow Food network in Latin America, and later in the Nordic Countries and the Iberian Peninsula. She supports Slow Food activists in implementing projects, activities, and events aimed at transforming food systems and improving access to good, clean, and fair food for all.
